Adult Weight Limit & Children specification

• The weight limit for both Zip Line tours is 375lbs / 170 kgs
• The weight can either be combined between a child and parent/or guide or as a single adult
• We have harnesses to accommodate small children and adults
• The maximum harness sizes can fit waist 66'' / 167cm and thighs of 44'' / 111cm
• Our harnesses have two SEPERATE straps that clip unto two SEPERATE cables for extra safety!  
• Children under 70lbs / 32 kgs must ride tandem with either a parent or guide
• Children under 70lbs / 32 kgs will receive a $10 discount
• Toddlers and infants will be strapped to a parent in an infant / toddler sling.

Handicap & Wheel Chair assistance

• The Extremely Extreme Zip Line experience is possible for those who are blind or physically handicapped, as there will be no climbing involved, and a very minimum walking distance in between each activity
• We are the ONLY Zip Line company that has designed both zip tours with the Auto-Breaking system, which allows the customers to slow down gradually and safely as they approach each stop. This means...no having to squeeze the cables in order to stop yourselves like at other zip line companies. As you smoothly come to the end of each line you will be greeted by a friendly and professional guide who will assist you by unclipping and then clipping you unto the next line.
• If you are travelling with a person whom is mentally incapable of following instructions and would need to ride tandem with another person from their group to assist them, they may do so as long as the combined weight does not exceed our maximum weight limit of 375lbs / 170 kgs.

• Please be advised that while there will be very little walking distance once you are at the zip park, there will be a substantial walking distance from the cruise ship to the designated checking-in area at the cruise ship terminal. If you need a wheelchair, please bring your own or arrange for one with your cruise ship carrier. Customers traveling via Carnival Cruise Lines and affiliates will have approximately a 10 minute walk from the cruise ship to the check-in area upon arrival, but is minimized to a 5 minute walk upon your return from the Zip Line park.

Safety features

• As safety for our customers is always our number one priority! We have designed and constructed both of our zip lines tours; "The Extremely Extreme Zip Line and The Pirate's Extreme Zip Line", to gradually slow down by gravity as customers approaches each platform. Our dual zip lines were designed for your safety by an Engineer who specializes in the design and construction of zip lines. The Petzl harnesses and equipment that you will be using are the best and are relied on by climbers around the world.
• Relax while enjoying the breathtaking views of both sides of the island with no anxiety or fear of having to break for yourself. First-time "Zippers" will especially appreciate this safety feature, as we are the only zip line Company on the island and in most countries that have been designed in this way. As you smoothly come to the end of each line you will be greeted by a friendly and professional guide, whom will assist you by safely unclipping and then clipping you unto the next line. Also, our harnesses have two SEPERATE straps that clip unto two SEPERATE cables for extra safety.
• We inspect each zip line, all harnesses and every clip daily before and after business hours. A detailed inspection of all cables and connections are performed each week. We have weekly reviews of safety practices with all our guides.
• Your tour guide will demonstrate and include complete instructions as they assist you throughout each section of the zip lines.
• Please wear shoes that tie or have straps and comfortable clothing as you will be wearing a harness.
• We are proud to be the ONLY zip line company to offer these safety features in all of Central America!

Traveling in a large group?

• If you are traveling in a large group and would like to pay individually, simply inform your group that in order to do so, each individual or couple, must add to the reservation request the name of the group’s “self-assigned name” (e.g. The Caribbean Drifters) or the group’s “coordinators name” (e.g. The John Smith group), so that they may be added to the correct group.
• Only groups of 10 adults or more are considered a Large group and may qualify for a discount.
• Group discounts are NOT constant, but are seasonal and vary depending on the package being purchased. 

Water, soft drinks and T-Shirts are available for purchase. Restroom facilities are availalbe at the front desk.

Bring your own Go-pro camera and attach it to your helmet or have our on-site photographer take beautiful photographs of this unforgettable experience!
